Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SocialFlow (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use SocialFlow. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at help@socialflow.killua.my if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Description of Service

SocialFlow lets you schedule and publish content to Instagram, manage a shared inbox for DMs and comments, and view performance analytics — all through Instagram's official Graph API.

5. Connecting Third-Party Accounts

When you connect an Instagram professional account, you authorize SocialFlow to access and act on that account within the scopes you grant. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram's Terms of Use and Meta's Platform Policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Publish content you don't own or have rights to distribute.
• Use the Service to send spam, harassment, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Violate Instagram's Community Standards or Meta's Developer Policies.

7. Content Ownership & License

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload. By scheduling content, you grant SocialFlow a limited license to store and transmit that content solely for the purpose of publishing it to your connected accounts.

8. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans, where applicable, renew automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date from Account Settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's policies, with notice where practical.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SocialFlow is not liable for actions taken by Meta/Instagram, including account restrictions or content removal, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SocialFlow is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
